Friendly staff, not noisy at all, great location with places to dine and lunch in walking distance, comfortable, very clean and everything you may need in a room working well and provided.

No breakfast, but I already knew that. It would be nice if a microwave was in the room because I buy sandwiches at the 7 Eleven for breakfast. I do like that my room was cleaned after being there one day. This is my favorite motel 6 in Irving.

it's clean and quite. I work overnight and when I get off I need to sleep and its peaceful here. Housekeeping is the best.

Polite, helpful people. I drive tractor trailer over the road. They are close to my terminal and I stay here whenever I have to do my reset. They have room for me to park since I don’t have to bring a trailer.

It was just a great experience rooms are really clean. And the owners are very respectful and friendly.

Convenient location to everything, quiet, decently clean, and good amount of parking.

I did like the location and the bus stop was really close. They didn't offer breakfast only coffee but there was a Waffle house by the hotel. The 7-Eleven was across the street and I was able to get what I needed.

My room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I have staid here many times and never had a bad experience.
